Wallcano Refund & Return Policy

At Wallcano, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or refund if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

The wrong product or design is delivered.

To be eligible, the product must be:

Unused and in the original condition you received it.

Returned with the original packaging and accessories.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective.

2. Timeframe

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return shipments should be sent within 3 days after approval.

If the deadline is missed, we may not be able to process your request.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Include your order number, reason for the return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review your request and respond with next steps.

4. Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by Wallcano.

For returns due to a change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable courier so the return can be confirmed safely.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

If your item is damaged or incorrect:

We’ll offer an exchange of the same product (subject to stock availability).

If the exact item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping charges apply both ways.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Custom or personalized products (unless defective).

Items returned without original packaging or in a used condition.

Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.

8. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at support.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be treated as a return under the standard return terms.
